Terms of Trade
The terms apply to all trade in MR SLOTCAR 1/32 scale cars, related parts and accessories between the "Receiver" and MR Slotcar Inc., hereinafter called the "Seller". Prices subject to change without notice.
Payment of Goods
Payment must be received prior to the shipment of goods, unless otherwise approved by MR SLOTCAR Inc. Receiver to assume any related bank charges or fees applied to the transfer of funds.
Shipping Costs and Methods
All MR Slotcar Cars and Spare Parts and accessories, as well as all Scale Racing Products will be shipped from Maple, Ontario CANADA
Product Liability
Orders must be inspected within 7 Days of receipt of order to report damages or missing items. The "seller" will assume responsibility for all manufacturing defects.
